About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. End-to-End Social Media Management: Take full ownership of social media channels (focusing on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube), ensuring a consistent, high-quality posting schedule.
2. Video Production & Editing: Conceptualize, script, and edit both short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form video content that captures attention and explains our value proposition.
3. Visual Content Creation: Design striking graphics, carousels, and promotional materials for our campaigns, workshops, and general brand awareness.
4. Content Strategy & Ideation: Brainstorm and pitch fresh content series and campaign ideas.
5. Community Engagement: Actively monitor channels to engage with our audience, reply to comments and DMs, and build a highly interactive online community.
6. Analytics & Reporting: Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, watch time) to see what content is winning and adapt the strategy accordingly.
