1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing new hire orientation materials.
2. Support employee relations initiatives by conducting research and assisting with the resolution of employee concerns.
3. Assist with HRIS data entry and maintenance to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.
4. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement training programs for employees.
5. Support the performance management process by compiling feedback and assisting with performance evaluations.
6. Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and communication with employees.
7. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the department.
