1. Handle inbound and outbound client interactions professionally.
2. Understand client requirements and provide information about suitable immigration programs.
3. Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
4. Build strong relationships and establish trust with potential customers.
5. Explain immigration services and guide clients through the initial stages of the process.
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities.
7. Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
