This internship offers hands-on exposure to performance analysis, strategic planning, and donor engagement within a mission-driven environment. The selected candidate will contribute to strengthening fundraising operations while gaining practical experience in consulting and impact-oriented strategy development. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are interested in developing scalable solutions, improving operational effectiveness, and contributing to meaningful social initiatives.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Review and evaluate fundraising performance metrics and campaign outcomes
2. Develop and recommend strategic improvements for fundraising teams and interns
3. Identify operational gaps, process inefficiencies, and new outreach opportunities
4. Contribute to enhancing donor engagement and retention strategies
5. Collaborate with core team members to support data-driven decision-making and real-time performance optimization
6. Actively participate in fundraising efforts to support the organization’s ongoing programs and initiatives
