About the Internship
Safalta Setu is a mission-driven initiative focused on mentorship, education, and creative publishing. We work to empower students from army families (classes 9 & 10) by connecting them with mentors and building impactful learning initiatives.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and improve HR processes, policies, and internal workflows for smoother team operations.
2. Support training and development initiatives to enhance intern and volunteer capabilities.
3. Monitor team performance and assist in feedback and evaluation processes.
4. Maintain HR documentation and support initiatives that strengthen team engagement and growth.
Details:
Nature: Unpaid / Volunteer Internship.
Time: 2-3 hours per day (Flexible timings-results matter more than hours).
Location: 100% Remote.
