The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTUK) provides applicants with AP EAMCET eligibility criteria to help them learn if they are eligible to fill out the application form or not. The basic and primary AP EAMCET eligibility norm for applicants is to pass 10+2 from a recognized board. Aspiring candidates who wish to pursue engineering/agricultural/pharmacy programs in Andhra Pradesh must meet the minimum AP EAMCET eligibility criteria and participate in the examination. The authorities will release the AP EAMCET application form by March 2025. The AP EAMCET 2025 is going to be scheduled from May 21 to May 27, 2025, for engineering, and for Pharmacy and Agriculture, the exam is going to take place on May 19, 2025, and May 20, 2025. Engineering), B.Tech. (Food Science and Technology), and B.Sc. (Agr. Engg), candidates should have completed 17 years of age as of December 31, 2024. The upper age limit for all candidates is 22 years, and for SC/ST candidates, it is 25 years as of December 31, 2024. |
Academic Qualifications | - Candidates must have passed their Class 12 from the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana, candidates appearing for their Class 12 are also eligible to apply. - Candidates must have compulsorily studied Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry or related vocational courses in the field of Engineering as an optional subject. - Candidates who have qualified for any other examination recognized as equivalent by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana will also be deemed eligible to appear for the entrance test. Marks Required | Candidates should have obtained a minimum of 45% aggregate score in all subjects combined. For candidates belonging to the reserved category, AP EAMCET marks required are 40%. |
Weightage | Candidates shall be ranked based on the EAPCET normalised marks (75% weightage) and 10+2 (25% weightage) in the order of merit. |
What After Meeting AP EAMCET Eligibility Criteria?
If an aspirant satisfies the AP EAMCET eligibility criteria, he/she may directly visit the official website of the AP EAMCET to fill out the application form. Students will be required to upload/submit the supporting documents to prove their eligibility while proceeding with the application process.
Meeting the eligibility criteria will be a mandatory requirement, anyone who fails to meet the AP EAMCET eligibility criteria will not be allowed to participate in the AP EAMCET 2025.
