In the exam session 2023, the NLU made some changes in the exam pattern and syllabus of the AILET LLM exam. The following changes have been made to the question paper of AILET LLM -

  • There will be NO MORE TWO sections - Section A and Section B
  • There will be 100 MCQs.
  • The questions will be asked from different branches of law.
  • Final AILET 2026 Merit Rank- It will be prepared considering the scores of the candidates.
  • Tie-breaker- If two or more candidates secure the same marks, then merit rank will be decided considering

AILET Exam Pattern 2026 → LLM Course

As per the new exam pattern, AILET LLM 2026 will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) based only. The test paper will consist of 100 MCQs with each question carrying 1 mark. All the 100 MCQs will be from the different branches of Law. The question paper pattern for AILET LLM will be as under.
