Overview 4/5

The institute is a great platform for to-be MBAs. The academic curriculum is class apart. It has continuously evolving curriculum according to the current industry needs. PGDM-Finance is the flagship course of the institute and one of the best in the Delhi-NCR region. Apart from academics, the institute actively participates in cultural as well as sports activities. It is a student-driven institute, which helps students to use their theoretical learning in the real scenario. The unique feature of the institute is the Corporate Interface day, where industry specialists visit the campus to share their experiences with the students. LBSIM has a great reputation when it comes to placements, and hence the placements from the institute are a good return on investment.

Overview 3/5

The overall college ambience is not similar to what would be expected of a top b school so that requires improvement both on part of faculty and students to make the course more rigorous and useful. Other than that, it's a good college, with some really good faculty as well and loads of activities such as management clubs, activities etc, but the main USP is the student driven approach where everything is managed and done by students from fests to clubs and placements, with little input from faculty.
PLACEMENT 3.5/5

The college has a student managed internship and placement cell. The internship offers are aplenty for both marketing and HR branches, though finance seems to suffer and operations doing all right. The internship work is given on the basis of company requirement and enthusiasm of candidate. Stipend offered has gone up to 1.5 lambs, while average being around Rs10000. As for placements, there was 100% placement last year and is also expected this year. The companies coming on campus are good but many marketing companies tend to come for sales trainee and not management trainee. The profiles offered are sometimes lower than what an mba qualifies for but overall the college is performing quite well
Salary Package    Less than 2.5 Lakhs
Faculty 1.5/5

Dr. Praveen Gupta, mba FMS, phd rajasthan university, in-depth teaxhing witb inculcation of problem solving approach in student
Admission Admission Difficulty: Hard

Based on School / 12th Class Result, State / National Entrance Exams, Group Discussion / Personal Interview

Admission Criteria: 88 percentile in cat in the year 2014, along with a group discussion of 8-10 participants , personal interview and extempore round. The course gives great ROI with the fees being comparatively less to other MBA colleges and feedback from seniors was also good.
