About IIM Indore Placements: IIM Indore has recorded 100% placements of its PGP and IPM batches in 2024. According to the reports, the Highest Package stood at INR 100 LPA, and the Average Package was INR 25.68 LPA for the PGP and IPM students. Additionally, more than 150 recruiting companies recruited 594 candidates from the IPM and PGP batches in 2024.

IIM Indore PGP HRM placement 2024 has recorded the Highest and Average package of INR 33.6 LPA and INR 22 LPA. The IIM Indore's top recruiters in 2024 were Accenture Strategy, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte India, EY, Infosys Consulting, KPMG, and more.

IIM Indore Summer Placements 2025

IIM Indore Summer Placements 2025 recorded an impressive hike in the packages, which saw large participation from industry-leading recruiters. The Consulting and IT/Analytics sectors were the main contributors accounting for 24% and 23% of the placements, respectively. Finance was the largest contributor to the total, while recruiters came from global banks such as Barclays as well as Goldman Sachs.

The Highest stipend was Rs. 6.6 Lakhs, with the Average Stipend being Rs. 2.25 Lakhs. Students also had access to a wide range of work experiences and 42 percent of MBA applicants had prior professional experience. The top 100 as well as the 200 students received average salaries of Rs. 3.97 Lakhs and Rs. 3.49 Lakhs respectively, further confirming the institution's relationships with industry. With more than 40 new recruiters joining the institute this year, the hiring process was a sign of an increase in opportunities and the roles available.
