I am B.Praneetha currently pursuing B.E in the stream of Electronics and Communication at Chennai Institute of aTechnology. Since I have been studying in this college for the past three years let me share the review of this college. Academics: Coming to the faculty , everyone here is student friendly ! So,students can approach them anytime and clear their doubts. There is a unique strategy followed by Chennai Institute of Technology, to make the students perfectly prepared for Semester Exams. Personal care will be in taken on each student inorder to excel in academics. Placements and Training: Students will be given training that aids in the placements right from the first year. Students can choose their area of interest- Here, in Chennai Institute of Technology , we have many labs namely IOT lab, 3 D PRINTING lab, Solar Lab, Robotics. So, one can enroll in the area they are interested in and can do projects guided by the faculty. Almost 80% of the students gets placed by the end of final year.Students here will also participate in various Hackathons , will get an oppurtunity to do Internships . Student exchange program is also a part of this college. So, to finalize this college is the best choice when one wants to excel in both academics and placements. Practical training provided here makes one job ready, Also the college doesn’t have any dress code.

There is a tool called "Pega " for Placement Training.Many companies will visit our college every year and recruit students. Special care will be taken during placements for them to get placed

Best Engineering College 5/5
College Infrastructure: Our college has well ventilated classrooms facilities and the campus has pleasant environment for student to study . It also give free WiFi for the students. It also has vast library with over 7000 books . Academics: Academically it is an outstanding college. All the professors here are highly qualified with doctorate degree , and they are mostly very effective in teaching . For grooming industry specific work shop are also organised. Placements: There are ample opportunities for internship as well as for placements. Placement opportunities range from local, national to international companies who will visit the CIT campus to recruit young engineers, from all disciplines, on annual basis, Apart from these companies, MK auto components India, will also be recruiting their employees from CIT only. Value-for-money: Fee structure as per university standards. College provide transparency in fee. Campus Life: Campus life is so exciting . It is surrounded by number of cafes and eateries. The campus is really green and give out positive vibes to have a lot of fun. Extracurricular activities are held frequently. Anything Else: Professors are highly qualified and do their best to impart the knowledge even beyond the curriculum. The college is well known for being the best in the course they provide . Event held are numerous.

Every student gets placed in top companies. Top MNC companies collaborated with CIT. CIT makes students understand the interview process. VIT conducts a mock interview for every student. Highest package is 10 LPA. Average package is 6 LPA.

I am Rehaana Parveen .N pursuing my Bachelor of Engineering in the stream of Electronics and Communication.Iam very proud and happy that I’m a part of this reputational Institution Chennai Institute Of Technology .The very first thing that would come to my mind , why to prefer CIT among all other colleges,is CIT ’s Placements.CIT is breaking the myth of joining in only IT companies though you belong to other engineering departments .For circuit branches such as ECE & EEE, their core related companies like Test & Verificatiom ,Tessolve , quest global etc are coming for Recruitment exclusively for them.And the departments like mechanical mechatronics their Core related companies like Raane ,Wabco etc. This applies to IT & CSC departments as well .Apart from this they give an additional professional course to complete certification in Pega domain.Currently Tata Consultancy Services has Recruited 64 students only in CIT particularly for Pega domain. Accenture ,Infosys ,HCL IBM etc are also coming for recruitment. The best part of CIT placement is they understand the demand & requirement of companies they supply the needful engineers .Join CIT you will come out with flying colours ..

Best college to study along with personal development 4/5
I’m a final year student pursuing electrical engineering in Chennai institute of technology. The three years in this college was a journey that I would cherish for my life time. Each year i had new experiences that changed me at each stages of life. The first year after schooling was very good here I was free to take part in many activites apart from my academics and mould myself to enter my department to become a professional engineer. Since my college timing is from 8 to 14.45 I had time to develop my skills based on my career . One such opportunity was the solar vehicle competition . We all have knowledge about many things which we gain from books, internet, and from others experiences some times. The same way I took courage to enter the competition only with my basic knowledge. There as a team we learnt a lot and participated in the competition and won two awards. Thats when i learnt team work never fails and also when we participate in these kinds of competition we can develop ou personality in all aspects. I like this college since its dynamic one and unique from other engineering college which help me shape myself and get through my career not only with academics but also with my skills

College have collaborations with many core industries so its easy to provide internships and they also encourage us to seek internships apart from their tie ups. Placements are really good and still many companies want to have collaboration. There will soon be a lot more companies in our college for hiring.

Best place to study beyond the Syllabus. 5/5
I’m a student of Chennai Institute of Technology.Studying B.E Computer Science 1st year.As a Tamil medium student I’m feared to join an Engineering college after completing +2.After visiting CIT chennai Campus I’m decided to join Engineering.my first semester G.P.A was 8.64. If you want study beyond the syllabus and to become a professional our college is the best one. Our chairman sir is very close to us and he is also not like to study academics only.He is the best inspiration for us to become an entrepreneur.one thing about our college is if you see our college as academic college its that.if you see as a Practical college it is a wonderful college.I’m getting scholarship from my college and many of my friends getting full fees scholarship. The Awesome thing in our college is ILP-innovative learning Program center.Here we were learning beyond the syllabus in high class level. I’m enjoying my college life here.

A very nice atmosphere. The education, is no doubt at par. The bigger reason why you should join this institution is that the fact that the professors and faculty members are more concerned about your career than you really are. They advice you to push your limit every time and which eventually makes you a better student. There are a lot of technical and non technical events happening here and you can engage in as many activities as you like. The entire staff federation is very supportive and always there in need of help. You you are really interested to know the domain of engineering, this is your place

This college is best in chennai with amazing atmosphere, the infrastructure of the college is good, labs are amazing. The college provides good placements too.ur college’s infrastructure is very good, and the room is very spacious. All the facilities of a visual lecture are also provided.The highest package offered till now is 6 LPA. Till now, Paytm, Future Group, Coca-Cola, Reliance Jio, Dish TV, Tulip, etc., had visited the college, and the job role differs from company to company.

Chennai Institute of technology is a great college with great infrastructure, the college management is nice and supportive, the placement of the college is good.ollege is cleaned. Rooms are very airy it would be good if there was an AC. But it is ok. Campus is cleaned and green. Canteen is so good.. Overall good college.Over the years the buildings in the campus the strength of the student all have increased due to better education quality in and around the city.

Chennai Institute of technology is institute where you can learn engineering not to read the anna university syllabus. Here We are doing company projects for many leading companies like wabco, YCH, Wheels India and many more. Staffs give full support to the students and in our college, we can use our lab for 24/7. And we have Kuka and Mitsubishi Robots. This is the only college where self learning is available for the students.

The College Which Transforms Your Life..!! 5/5
Chennai Institute of Technology is a best place where one can explore the world beyond the syllabus. They provide the students with a wide range of opportunities in both technical as well as non-technical fields. The college is provided with Wifi facility even in the hostels.There are many COEs (central of excellence ) where one can showcase their skills . It is one of top and growing colleges in Tamilnadu.

Placement training cell in our college is doing a great job by providing the students enough knowledge and exposure about industries.The highest package offered was 22 LPA ( lakhs per annum ).There are even Internship programs for the students in first year . Internships are even offered in Foreign countries like Germany,Japan,China.
