CGC Landran is a private college established in 2001 and affiliated with IK Gujral Punjab Technical University. Admission into CGC Landran is based on Merit and Entrance exams.
CGC Landran Admission 2023 Key Highlights
- For admission into B. Tech course offered by CGC Landran, students need a valid score of the JEE Main entrance exam.
- Admission is also offered on the basis of 12th class merit for outstation students which is followed by the counselling done by Punjab Technical University.
- For admission into B. Pharm course, the students need a valid scorecard of either JEE Main score or PTU CET.
- For admission into B. Tech Lateral entry, B.Sc., BBA, BCA, BHMCT and BTTM courses, the college accepts students on the basis of merit followed by PTU Counselling.
- Admission into M. Tech course is based on GATE entrance exam score or marks in BE/ B. Tech followed by PTU counselling.
- For MBA admission, the students need a valid score of Punjab MET Score and marks in Graduation.
- For all the other PG courses such as M.Sc., MCA, M. Pharm and B.Ed. admission is offered on the basis of marks in the last qualifying examination.

How to Apply Online to CGC Landran?

A great college with good placements and nice faculty. The infrastructure is good as well 3/5
I study in this college only, My attendance was 83% and they put my name in the struck-off list and said 85% is needed further, They called my parents for such small issue. This issue was even thinner than a tissue. All I wanna say is that It’s more of a school, Less of a college.

Best place to join the college,campus is very large 3/5
Placements describe a college and CGC Landran is very good in that case.Classrooms are same as you must have seen in movies. The food provided in the hostel is sometimes good and sometimes bad.

College is beautiful and alive. If your major concern is academics, CGC is one of the best colleges in PTU. If your concern is Placement, CGC is one of the best colleges in north India and if you are interested in business, CGC has best package for you.

Best placements 5/5
Free Wi-Fi services in college and hostel. Free medical services also provided here. Classrooms don’t have AC but have many numbers of fans. College has many hostels for boys and recently one hostel completed which have fully AC and good interiors. College buildings are also well maintained.

The infra is good, the wifi speed is good, the classroom are in good condition, college has than 4 libraries and all blocks have their own library, college promotes sports and has all the requirements for each sport and good coaches.

Chandigarh Group of Colleges Landran is one of the largest & top ranked placement Engineering and Management College in North India which is situated in Mohali, Punjab. there are 2 CGC One is Jhanjeri and another one is Landran which is mine.
