My experience at asadi 5/5

As a SEM 1 student of ASADI just 4 months into college , I’m having a good time so far ...there are pros and cons ofcourse but pros are more than cons here tbh. It’s a very good platform for expressing yourself as young arhcitects and flood your thoughts with creativity ....build up good relationship between faculties and hence becoming independent eventually. Facilities and food here are pretty good compared to most colleges . We have the freedom as the college name suggests itself as Asadi ( freedom in Hindi ) . Even though usage of gadgets during classes are prohibited , you are still allowed to bring the gadgets and use it during the free times and may listen to music with the faculties permission.mist faculty members from my experience are so welcoming and pleasant . The college has a very beautiful landscape and greenery suitable for painting and sketching. They promote art and talent which is amazing . The only con is that they don’t have a proper systematic timetable of exams or event schedule management . Other than that overall the college is definitely a rating 5 .

A place with many Possibilities. 5/5

I’m a first year student in this college and it’s in the heart of Kochi. It’s situated in a private island and Thykoodam metro station is nearby ,allowing easy access to college via public transport. Now as of my experience, I’m thankful that I am studying here comparing my experience with my other friends studying in different colleges in kochi for B. Arch. I say this mainly because, as architecture students, what we need the most is Exposure. And ASADI stresses and makes sure we get quality exposure right from the first year. The faculty and non teaching staff are very friendly and quite like family. They also stress and quality education and wonderful college experience. Altogether it’s a wonderful college to study B. arch in Kochi.

Placement 4.5/5

As far as architecture is concerned, it’s a professional course and placements really depend upon our performance. In that respect, the limits are ours to set.

The college ambience is good but the college academic level is very bad 1/5

ASADI is located in a small island in vytila .The college has a good ambience to learn but majority of the faculties are not teaching well .Experience is not considered in taking teachers .Some of the faculty members are fresher’s.The requests and needs of students are not considered in a good way.No events are hosted by the college for students like workshops ,tournaments,etc.The college students requested for a college ground then the management told to pay the fees of the next semester in advance.The college is not at all running in a systematic way.Some faculties teaching there are not at all punctual to the classes.Some faculties reaches the class even after 1hr of the period.

A college worth joining for architecture 4/5

The college is located in Kochi and the exposure is immense. faculties are friendly and understand the students really well. there are working architects who have hands-on experience in the field. The college has a peaceful environment as its located on an island away from the busy city life.

No college will provide internship/ placement for architecture thereby we should find for ourselves.
