Shivaji University (Kolhapur) has released the hall tickets for its semester exams of 2025. The admit cards apply to both regular students and those studying through distance mode.
If you are a student at Unishivaji who filled the exam form, you can download your hall ticket from the official website: unishivaji.ac.in. The university activates the link a few weeks before the exam date.
How to Download Shivaji University Hall Ticket 2025
- Go to Shivaji University official website (unishivaji.ac.in).
- Find and click on the “Online Portal” or “Student Portal / Examination” section.
- Choose your student category: regular, distance mode, or your particular college/department.
- Enter required details, usually your PRN number or registration number.
- After entering the info correctly, submit and download your hall ticket PDF. Save/print it for exam day.

What to Do If There’s a Problem
If you notice any mistake, like wrong name, missing photo, incorrect exam date or centre, contact the University Exam Authority immediately to get it corrected. Make sure you have a valid photo ID (Aadhaar, college ID, etc.) to carry with the hall ticket. Without both items, you might not be allowed into the exam hall.
Exam Day Instructions
- Reach your exam centre on time. Latecomers usually are not allowed.
- Carry the printed hall ticket & valid photo ID.
- Do not bring mobile phones, electronic devices, or anything else that is not permitted in the exam hall.
- Before you begin, check the question paper. Make sure it is correct and complete.
