There are several important documents that students need for the ICAR AIEEA PG counselling process. The counselling process is as follows:
Registration
Students will be able to register for the ICAR AIEEA counselling process from the official ICAR website. Students will be required to pay a registration fee of INR 500 after logging in with their credentials. The registration fee is non-refundable. The payment can be made through the online mode via UPI or online banking.
All personal and academic details submitted by students on the application form for the ICAR AIEEA PG counselling process will be treated as final. No changes will be allowed to be made by students under any circumstances. All submitted details will appear as written on the application when the results of the counselling process rounds are declared.
Choice-Filling
Before the choice-filling process begins, it is recommended for students to be thorough with their choice of colleges and courses. It is very important that students conduct rigorous research on which universities they wish to get into, and which courses they want to pursue. After all is done, students can make appropriate choices when the choice-filling process for the ICAR AIEEA PG exam begins.
After students have selected their choices on the ICAR portal, it is important for them to save their choices. If a document is not in English, students will be required to submit translations of their certificates as verified by relevant authorities.
Document Verification
After all previous formalities are completed, students will need to confirm their offer letter. Upon doing so, students must report to their required university for further verification of documents. Upon further verification of all documents, the required university will issue a final admission letter to the selected student. In case of any doubts with regards to the documents, a Document Verification officer will raise the doubt to the student through the ICAR portal/ contact details. This can only be done once.
Seat Acceptance Fee
After the previous formalities have been concluded, students will be required to pay the seat acceptance fee. All students, regardless of category, will be required to pay an INR 10,000 seat acceptance fee which will confirm their overall seat allotment. This fee is non-refundable. Upon doing so, a student’s status will be considered as ‘provisionally accepted’.
To fully accept a seat, students must complete their final reporting and other important formalities to confirm their seat to their respective college and course.
