How to Evade Last-Minute Anxiety Prior to CUET UG 2025

Imitate Exam Timings: Take full-length, timed mock tests in simulated exam conditions to build stamina and identify weak spots.

Same Exam Slot: Take mocks at your own CUET exam time slot (morning/afternoon) to acclimatize your body clock.

  1. Buffer Time to Revise
  • Don't Mugging Up: Use the last week for light revision and normal practice instead of mugging up new stuff.
  • Daily Short Revision Sessions: Practice revising essential formulas, definitions, and important facts for brief periods (30-45 minutes) several times a day.
  1. Use Digital Tools
  • Planners and Apps: Utilize digital planners, habit trackers, or countdown apps to plan your revision and avoid procrastination.
  • Distraction Blockers: Install software that prevents distracting websites or social media during studying.

  • Reward System: Treat yourself to a small reward (your favorite snack, time-out, or an episode of your favorite show) upon completion of every target.
  1. Prepare Exam-Day Essentials Early
  • Pack Ahead: Place your admit card, ID proof, stationery, water bottle, and other essentials 1-2 days in advance before the exam.
