COMEDK 2025 Counselling Updates: COMEDK will initiate the UGET 2025 counseling process online in the last week of June 2025 (expected). The link for COMEDK Counseling 2025 will be available at comedk.org. Candidates who successfully pass the COMEDK exam will have the opportunity to engage in the counseling process. To participate, candidates must fulfill the COMEDK counseling registration requirements. Detailed information about COMEDK UGET 2025 counseling will be provided online on the official website.
The date for COMEDK UGET 2025 counseling will be announced through the official online platform, and the last date to upload documents for counselling will also be available soon.
Candidates must note that everyone who filled the COMEDK Registration Form before the extended last date will be verified before the choice-filling, and the choice-filling process for all candidates will start only after closing of document verification.
COMEDK Counselling 2025
The COMEDK UGET 2025 counselling will be conducted in an online manner. To take part in the admissions process for getting admittance to their desired courses and colleges, qualified applicants are required to log in to the central portal.
KPCF (Karnataka Professional Colleges Foundation - Medical & Dental) and KUPECA (Karnataka Unaided Private Engineering Colleges Association) granted COMEDK the duty of organizing testing procedures to assess the merit of aspiring students in an efficient, impartial, unbiased, and non-exploitative procedure.
The UGET 2025 was conducted by the Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) on May 10 and 25, 2025, and the results were out by June 7, 2025.

COMEDK Counselling 2025 - Things To Remember
Prior to participating in COMEDK exam counseling 2025, candidates must keep the following things in mind.
- Register with personal information.
- At the time of the COMEDK exam choice filling in 2025, applicants are required to fill out the top preferences of institutes and courses.
- The seat allocation for the COMEDK exam mock will be made public by the exam authorities based on the selections made by applicants.
- After the simulated allocation, candidates will be able to change their filled choices.
- For admissions to engineering, architecture, and medical colleges in Karnataka using the COMEDK UGET, NATA, and NEET scores, COMEDK exam 2025 counselling will be held.
- Please be aware that only those applicants who make the final merit list will be permitted to attend the COMEDK exam counseling in 2025.

COMEDK Counselling 2025 - Complete Registration Procedure At A Glance
The candidates who wish to appear for the COMEDK Counselling 2025 must go through the following procedure:
- Open the website- comedk.org
- Tap on the ‘counselling registration' tab
- Make an online payment of 5000 rupees to register for online counselling
- Uploading documents for verification
- Once the documents are verified, the candidate can participate in round 1.
- Choice Filling
- Allotment of mock
- Make changes in the choice filling form if required
- Results will be out for round 1 allotment
- Take a decision
- Participation in rounds 2 and 3 is dependent upon the decision made during the allotment of round 1.

COMEDK Counselling 2025 - Eligibility
The candidates who wish to appear for COMEDK Counselling 2025 are required to meet the following conditions:
- Applicants who have cleared the COMEDK UGET 2025 exam.
- Have cleared the class 12th/ equivalent with an aggregate of 45% marks or more in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. (40% marks for SC, ST, OBS of Karnataka State)
- Supplementary candidates can appear for counselling rounds 2 and 3 if they fulfill the eligibility criteria.

- Check the surrender dates on the COMEDK UGET website.
- Log in and access the “Surrender Tab.”
- Complete the surrender form online and retain a printed copy.

Options for Further Steps
- Option 1: If you plan to attend Round 2 to explore new college/course options, attend with a DD of INR 5000/- (refer to the document list for details) along with the printed surrender form.
- Option 2: If you choose not to participate in Round 2 or attend Round 2 without selecting a seat, follow the steps given in the table below.
- If a candidate does not select a seat in Round 2, the following documents must be sent via speed post to COMEDK, Malleswaram Office:

- Original Verification Card
- Fee Payment Receipt issued by Vijaya Bank for INR 55,000/-
- Print out of the Surrender Form
- Refund will be processed by the 3rd/4th Week of August for all surrender cases that have complied with the above conditions

COMEDK UGET 2025 Counselling (Special Categories)
- Additional counseling round in the 2nd round if specific category seats are still available.
- Unoccupied seats after exclusive counseling open for General category students.
- Candidates with a minority seat in the 1st round can only participate in the 2nd round for minorities.
- Students with a minority seat cannot partake in the 2nd round for General candidates.

COMEDK UGET 2025 Counselling Fee Refund Policy
- Surrendering the seat within the stipulated dates is crucial for candidates seeking a fee refund, subject to a deduction of INR 5000 (Administrative Expenses).
- Familiarize yourself with the Seat Surrender Procedure to understand the process.
- The refunded amount will be issued as a crossed A/c payee cheque in the candidate's name.
- Students must present the original allotment letter for COMEDK, the bank receipt, and the verification card during the process.
- Original document verification may be required at the counseling stage, while the Transfer Certificate and Migration Certificate may be necessary at the college level during admission.
