COMEDK 2025 Seat Allotment Rounds
The counselling and seat allotment process for the COMEDK examination takes place in 3 rounds. The counselling process for the COMEDK exam takes place in the online mode. The exam authorities release the list of allotted seats after each counselling round for the COMEDK examination has finished. Students have to pay a registration fee of INR 2000 to participate in the COMEDK seat allotment process.
The eligibility for Round 2 and Round 3 of the seat allotment process for the COMEDK examination will depend on the decisions made by the students during the 1st round of counselling.
There is a fourth round of counselling for the COMEDK examination as well. This round is called the ‘exclusive’ round of counselling. This round takes place to fill up any left-over seats from the initial 3 rounds of counselling. Students who give the supplementary examinations for class 12th will be eligible to participate in this round of seat allotment.

COMEDK 2025 Seat Allotment Process
Provided below is a simple step-by-step overview of the seat-allotment process for the COMEDK examination. The seat allotment process works to help students get admission into the colleges that participate in the counselling rounds for the exam. The steps are as follows:
- Registration for the COMEDK counselling round opens. Students will have to pay an INR 2000 registration fee.
- Uploading of the important documents will be required to be done by students.
- After verification of documents, students will be eligible for counselling.
- Students will have the chance to fill up forms for their colleges of choice.
- There is a brief period where students will have the chance to make changes to their filled forms.
- Students will then participate and hear back the results for the 1st round of counselling.
- Students will then receive the results for the 1st round of counselling and will be required to make their decision.
- If students are not happy with their seat from the 1st round of counselling, they can go ahead with further rounds of counselling.
