The CBSE class 10 Hindi course B exam was conducted on 28 February 2025 in the day shift from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. The exam was considered to be moderately difficult.

Exam Structure & Content
The question paper was divided into the three standard sections:
- Section A: Unseen Comprehension: (14 marks)
- Section B: Practical Grammar: (16 marks)
- Section C: Textbook and Supplementary Textbook: (30 marks)
- Section D: Creative Writing: (20 marks)
The written test makes up the 80 marks and the remaining 20 were allotted to internal assessment.

According to the experts the 2025 Hindi the Course B paper was well balanced and within the scope of the NCERT Syllabus. The reading comprehension & grammar was straightforward, with the literature based questions requiring a deeper understanding of context.

Most students found the paper fair and predictable. They found the literature part to be slightly tricky due to the application based questions. As for the grammar section, it was scoring and direct. The reading comprehension passage was easy to understand for some students but some felt that the questions required careful reading.
