Private Job: After your MD you can take a job in corporate clinic or in a pharmacological company, in both of them you can start somewhere around 50–60k / year and it will increase with experience, can reach up to 1–1.5 lakhs. If you join any private homeopathic hospital (which is rare) your earning will be in band of 50k to 2L (2L for experienced).
Govt. Job: If you join government sector, there are 2 options for you, either join as a Medical officer, or as Lecturer in a Homeopathic college. As medical officer in central govt and other states in which 7th pay commission exists, you can start around 80k and with experience and promotions it can go up to 2–2.5L. You can also achieve the highest post in state as homeopathic doctor, which is Director General Homeopathy but only after you are senior most in state. If you join as lecturers in homeopathic medical college, the pay is at par with medical officers as mentioned earlier.
Private practice: It is really very tough to mention one figure. It will vary as per your location, practice, branding, name etc. I have seen some homeopaths earning around 4–5L and more but they are very few in number. At an avg. level a practicing homeopath is earning anywhere between 60k to 1.5L. Sky is the limit in this field.
