A master’s program at TERI U is intellectually very stimulating. The freedom to explore so many perspectives from and dip your feet in so many disciplines is an enriching experience. The faculty are vibrant and along with the students keep an atmosphere alive that positive change could in fact be achieved in society and transformations are theoretically possible.

The default placement system tries to bring in established organizations and companies to recruit students directly from the University, but this is still niche market for India, and there are many organizations that do not recruit en masse, therefore, sometimes students have to make their own unique efforts to carve out a niche for themselves through finding networks etc.

Placement is poor in some branches like water science department 1/5
Pros- flexible attendance, grade system so easy to pass, lot of scope for working independently in your interested area. Cons- very poor teaching, school like timings, class room teaching is worst,... Better to get involved in some seminars or other such things to gain knowledge....

Internship opportunity is very poor....most of them get placed in some ngos and they pay very less...just around 10,000 per month.....some even got 8 lakh per annum placement but it was for only one person....
