During my childhood, I always dreamt of how these big skyscrapers are made? Who makes them, if not god? When I grew up, I had an answer and a will to be a Civil Engineer. Touring the campus and meeting faculty and staff were the major reasons I chose Civil Department at NCU.My four years in NCU have been the best years of my life and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering has given me great opportunities to learn the technicalities which has helped in broadening my horizons, in becoming a better person. During my tenure, involvement with my professors helped me gain confidence and provided me with an experience that I could have received in a different place than NCU. My experience with the campus has been everything I thought it would be and more. Getting placed at their Dubai Campus which is also the 1st International placement of the university was another milestone and like a dream come true which I owe it to my department. I will forever be grateful for all the support I received from the University.
Ishu Sharma
My name is Ishu Sharma and I have been designated as a Sales Manager in Zomato. Being the third company for which I appeared, it was a tough competition. When I started my journey of pursuing bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering at NCU, I had one thing very much clear in my mind that I must take a campus placement. Over the years the department and SPA has nurtured me with their efforts on their respective behalves. The pre-placement interviews organized by the department and the aptitude tests conducted by SPA in association with cocubes helped me in improving soft skills and enhancing my aptitude. Hence, I am glad that I am provided with such a platform where I could evolve & amplify my skillset and knowledge.

Yogita Bangar
I have completed BBA-LLB (Hons.) from NorthCap University, Gurugram and now opted for MPhil in Criminological Research at the University of Cambridge. I am very excited to study the criminal justice system from a sociology perspective at Cambridge and attribute this success to NCU. I think the most significant contribution of NCU in my career trajectory has been the faculty, not only par with premier Law Schools in the country but highly committed to each student’s growth. I believe that the rigour of the academic curriculum at NCU is highly commendable. Faculty members have continuously guided me for my further studies. Most importantly I will cherish the values that I have learnt from my professors at NCU for a lifetime.
Shivani Prajapati
Hi, I am SHIVANI PRAJAPATI, a student of NCU. I got placed in VEGAVA ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED (4 LAC/YR). This is about my experience at NCU. NCU is one of the best Institute. In these two years of my MBA course, NCU has provided me with a platform to learn and grow where I can explore without any hesitation. The faculty members have industry-based knowledge which helped me to connect with the outside world, the industry and how I can work there. They have been very friendly and were really helpful. The placement cell at NCU is very sophisticated with experienced people working in it. The team promised to provide qualitative and customized job specification and CTC to the students so that the students can get into the best companies with the best packages. The placement process at NCU offers a sophisticated training program, where they bring in the Alumni placed in different companies to train the students. They also track the students in different interview processes that they have failed in, and provide them with special training where they lack. This also builds up self-confidence in the students. My suggestion to my juniors and the aspiring students is that: Teachers open the doors of success, but it is you who should enter into that door. And finally, I thank my Director and all my teachers who have helped me reach this stage. I am proud to be a NCU student.
Dipika Khatkar
EVERY SUCCESS STORY IS A TALE OF CONSTANT ADAPTION, REVISION AND CHANGE….. Hi, I am DEEPIKA KHATKAR, a student of NCU. I got placed in SQUARE YARDS (14.8 lpa) and VEGAZVA GROUP(4 lpa) . I’m thankful to NCU for providing me a platform where I was able to hone my skills, develop myself and emerge out with flying colors. NCU has always been supportive throughout my journey. The faculty always guided and motivated me, to bring out the best in me.The faculty are really thoughtful in imparting the best of their knowledge to their students and be practical at the same time. The placement cell conducted group discussions and mock personal interviews to prepare us to face the real interviews. The message I want to convey to my juniors and to the future students of NCU is that you have to come out of your comfort zone. Everybody tells you, that you have to come out of your comfort zone to gain success, but I think that you have to come out of your comfort zone, just to expand its boundaries, because this is a continuous process. Every single day you have to learn new things so that every day, you are coming out of your comfort zone, expanding it, and applying the acquired knowledge in your real life, which will be helpful to you. NCU is truly a very good platform for you if you want to achieve and succeed in your career.
Shubhangi Bhardwaj
I am Shubhangi Bhardwaj pursuing my masters in finance at the NorthCap University. This University is one of the leading Management Schools which has its vision as emphasizing on academic excellence, research, innovation, entrepreneurship and developing socially sensitive managers and this is not just a statement. School of Management (SOM), NCU has the best quality of learning and innovation with industry-aligned curriculum and industry experts themselves teaching you. Talking about the placements at NCU, they put in their best efforts to get the students placed in top companies with a high package. I always had an inclination towards the banking sector specifically HDFC Bank one of the best private sector bank and I got an opportunity to work as an intern in HDFC Bank. I got placed with HDFC Bank itself with a high package of 6.57 lac p.a. in Risk Intelligence Department. I am extremely thankful to the placement cell team here at NCU for bringing in such companies with high package. The University also awards and appreciate a student that does exceedingly well in academics and as I have been in the Dean’s List I was extremely happy with their gesture.
