Admission Process � Online Registration: Register online on website www.nmims.edu and pay registration fee of Rs. 1200/- (non- refundable) by Credit Card or Demand draft (Please refer online registration for payment details) Demand Draft option available till 5th June 2015 & candidate has to ensure that Demand Draft should reach NMIMS, Mumbai before last date of registration (8th June 2015) Forward Demand Draft: To: Deputy Registrar (Admission) SVKM�s NMIMS V.L.Mehta Road, Vile Parle (West), Mumbai-400 056. Credit Card option available till 8 th June 2015 � Selection Process: Merit list will be prepared on the basis of CLAT score & the program preferences for the course given by the candidate at the time of online registration. The preferences once given in online registration cannot be changed later. The merit list will be put up on the NMIMS website as per important dates. The decision of the institute will be final in this regard and no inquiries or correspondence in this regard will be entertained. Note: It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to ensure correct CLAT & 12th score is entered in online form. � Refund Rules: Candidate should submit a written request for withdrawal / cancellation of admission & submit it to Deputy Registrar (Admission) along with original fee receipt. The Schedule of refund of fees will be as follows: 7) Fees : 1. Till the date of commencement of the Programme.(4 th July 2015) Rs.1000/- will be deducted as administrative charges 2. Cancellation after the official closure of admission.(from 5 th July 2015 onwards) Cancellation made after the official closing of admission fees will NOT be refunded.

Minimum Eligibility

) Eligibility: The candidate must have passed 10 + 2 or equivalent exam including international IB Diploma (IB certificate awarded is not eligible) in any stream from a recognized Board at the first attempt and obtained minimum 50% aggregate marks . CLAT is Mandatory for above program. Note � IB & Cambridge: Candidates called for admission on the basis of merit list & who do not have final marksheet will be given �Provisional Admission with predicted score�. Fees will be accepted from such candidates but their admissions will be confirmed on submission of final marksheet, if found eligible, before the commencement of the program. If found not eligible & final results are submitted after course commencement, for such candidate admission will be cancelled & fees will be forfeited. � Candidates who have not cleared the 10+2 or equivalent exam in the first attempt are NOT eligible to apply for the admission to the courses. � Candidates who have obtained 10+2 or equivalent through institutes recognized by National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) are eligible for admission but those candidates who have obtained 10+2 through Open University system directly without having any basic qualification for pursuing such studies are not eligible for admission. � Candidates appearing for their final 10+2 or equivalent examination can also apply but their admission to the courses will be subject to above criterion, obtaining the required minimum cut off marks and also producing all the necessary documents, in original, within the given stipulated time. � Those candidates who have passed, or, are appearing for 10+2 or equivalent examination from a Board/University where Grade Point Average is given, such candidates must produce in writing from the Board/University concerned about the equivalent percentage for the GPA obtained. � In case of CBSE/ ICSE/ HSC or equivalent examination, only aggregate marks of all the subjects for which candidate has appeared will be considered & not the best four, five , six or seven. � Candidates above 25 years of age are not eligible to apply. � IB Candidate has to enter �Predicted Score� in case of final grades/marks are not declared. The Admission will be given on Provisional basis only. International candidates have to submit AIU equivalence certificate at the time of admission if selected. � In any stage, if it is found that the equivalence certificate, 10th, 12th marks & CLAT score given by candidate in online form is different, such candidate will not be considered for admission and if admitted his/ her admission will be cancelled & fees will be forfeited � It is sole responsibility of the candidates to ascertain whether they possess the necessary and requisite qualification for the admission to the courses at NMIMS � Only single mark sheet with all subjects taken in first attempt is mandatory, no compartmentalized mark sheet is considered.
