5) Online Registration: Register online on website www.nmims.edu and pay registration fee of Rs. 1600/- (non- refundable) by Credit Card and by Demand draft (Please refer online registration for payment details) Note: Credit Card payment option available till 17th June 2015 & Demand Draft payment option available till 13th June 2015. 6) Selection Process:-  The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the application data in terms of academic marks at the 12th std. and NATA Score.  The selection will be solely based on merit. In this regard, the decision of the NMIMS will be final and undisputable as also shall be binding on all concerned.  Candidates are advised to visit the NMIMS website www.nmims.edu to know the details of selection process.

Minimum Eligibility

2) Eligibility: 2.1. Admission to Bachelor of Architecture (5 years) of the NMIMS will be based on the following two criteria: I) Minimum 50% marks in 10+2 exam or equivalent in any stream from a recognized board at the first attempt with Mathematics and English compulsory. (or) 10+3 Diploma (Any stream) recognized by Central/ State Governments with minimum 50% marks at the first attempt with Mathematics and English compulsory. (or) International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB certificate awarded is not eligible) in any stream from a recognized Board with minimum 50% marks at the first attempt as a regular student Mathematics and English compulsory. II) NATA Score (Minimum 80 out of 200) 2.2.1. The candidate must have passed 10+2 examination or equivalent including IB Diploma (IB certificate awarded is not eligible) in any stream from a recognized Board at the first attempt (Mathematics and English compulsory) and should have obtained a minimum of 50% marks at the said examination. Candidates who have not cleared the 10+2 or equivalent examination in the first attempt are NOT eligible to apply for the admission to the course. Candidates passing 10+2 or equivalent examination compartment are not eligible. Candidates passing 10+2 or equivalent examination from Open or Distance learning (ODL) School recognized only by National Institute of Open schooling (NIOS) can apply for the program subject to fulfilling the eligibility for the program & Candidates who have passed the 10+2 examination in part time mode or through distance learning/correspondence/externally/open school other than NIOS are not eligible to apply for the courses. 2.2.2. Candidates appearing for their final 10+2 examination can also apply but they have to produce all the necessary documents, in original, within the stipulated time by the University 2.2.3. Those candidates who have passed, or, are appearing for 10+2 examination from a Board/University where Grade Point Average is given, such candidates must Produce in writing from the Board/University concerned, the equivalent percentage for the GPA obtained. 2.2.4 IB Candidates have to enter ‘Predicted Scores’ in case final grades/ marks are not declared. The Admission will be given on Provisional basis only. In case of Foreign Board, Candidate has to submit AIU equivalence Certificate at the time of Admission, if selected. 2.2.5 Candidate above 25 years of age are not eligible to apply. 2.2.6 Candidates of CBSE, ICSE, should mention in online application form 10+2 or equivalent aggregate marks of all the subjects for which candidate has appeared for (not best of four, five, Six or seven) Note (for IB & Cambridge Candidate): Candidates called for admission on the basis of merit list & who have not received final marksheet till then will be given “Provisional Admission” based on predicted scores. Fees will be accepted from such candidates but their admission will be confirmed only on submission of final marksheet before the commencement of the program, if found eligible
