Mahaveer Academy of Technology and Science University (MATS University) is a private university situated in the city of Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The university was established in the year 2006. The university is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the University is a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). The MATS University is also accredited Grade 'A' certificate by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).

• For the BBA programme, the admissions are made on the basis of 10+2 marks.

• For the B.tech programs, the admission is carried out on the basis of JEE Main scores.

• For the M.Tech programs, the University considers the GATE Scores.

Sports-

Hostel-

• MATS Univesity has separate Girls and Boys Hostels.

• The hostel can accommodate 100 Boys and 350 Girls.

• Health Facilities of students like routine checkups, students health data are taken care of.

• In the hostel, the facilities like Purified Drinking Water, Security, Washing Machine, Newspaper, T.V are provided to students.

Industrial Tour-

• The final year students of the university are visited the Industrial tour to give the exposure to the students with the latest and practical industrial level developments and works.

• Industrial Tour also facilitates the bonding among the students.

Social Program-

• To sensitize the students with the social responsibility towards the society, the university run an annual Social movement called Annapoorna.

• In this movement, the students work towards collecting the rice through different activities and deliver it to the poor and unprivileged people.

• The faculties help the students to execute the work successfully.
