For the excellence in the open and distance online education, CVRU has been awarded the best university in open distance and online learning by The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM). Award was given the hands of Cabinet Minister Saryu Roy during national summit on excellence in education award-2017 in Ranchi, Jharkhand on may 2017. Vice chancellor Dr. R.P. Dubey received the award on the behalf of the university.
Dr. CV Raman University Has Been Awarded With “Best In Skill Development†For Academic And Innovative Approach In Talent Grooming Of Youth. Better Skills Provide Better Job. The Award Was Given The Hands Of Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh. Registrar Shri. Shailesh Pandey Received The Award On Behalf Of The University On 2015.
Dr. CV Raman University has been awarded with World Education Award for Online Education in Distance Learning and as the first university to have community Radio Station. Registrar Shri. Shailesh Pandey received the award at New Delhi on behalf of the university on 8th August 2014.
The university was awarded the prestigious Chhattisgarh Achievers Award in 2013.
