Central University of Gujarat Placement 2023: CUG being one of the prestigious central universities in India, provides excellent opportunities for students to get placed in known brands. Through an active and dedicated placement cell, the Central University of Gujarat organizes a campus placement drive every year.
As per the NIRF report 2023, the median placement package offered to UG (3 years) stood at INR 4.2 LPA. For PG (2 years), the median salary was INR 4.8 LPA at the Central University of Gujarat placement 2022. To participate in the placement drive, students must register with the CUG placement cell. Central University of Gujarat Placement 2023
As per the NIRF Report 2023, 15 out of 31 UG (3-year) course students got placed in the Central University of Gujarat placement 2022. The median salary offered was INR 4.2 LPA. For the PG (2-year) course, 45 out of 224 students received job offers at CUG placement 2022 with the median salary being INR 4.8 LPA.

Central University of Gujarat Placement Rate 2023
- The median package offered to undergraduate (3-year) students during the 2022 placements surged by 40% compared to 2021
- There was a 14% rise observed in the median package offered to postgraduate (2-year) students during the same period.
Central University of Gujarat Placement: 2020, 2021, 2022
In the academic year 2019-20, out of 24 students, 12 were successfully placed, with a median salary of INR 4.2 LPA. Moving to 2020-21, 16 out of 46 students secured placements, with a median salary of INR 3 LPA. In 2021-22, 15 out of 31 students received placement offers, achieving a median salary of INR 4.2 LPA. We have compared CUG placement for the previous three years for the UG and PG courses. However, the Central University of Gujarat has not released the official placement report for the year 2023.

For the Ph.D. student there are Rs 8000 per year stipend and 5,000 monthly for Mphill which was given by the university and the guides are given by the university to there students and it is an integrated Mphill plus Ph.D. programme in which the M.Phill duration is 18 months and rest duration is of Ph.D. so total 5 years and plus one year extension and the subject in which I am doing my research in diaspora studies.

It is an 18 months course which I have completed in the subject of the diaspora studies and for that, I had got the stipend of Rs 5000 per month from the University and I am also doing my Doctorate from this same university right now.
