Admission Procedure of Birla Global University
Birla Global University offers various courses at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctorate level. These programs are offered under several specializations hence, providing the candidates with a pool of options to choose from. The programs offered at different levels follow different admission procedures.
Admission to BBA, B. Com, BAJMC, BA, and BA LLB
Birla Global University Courses offer several programs at the undergraduate level. The programs include BBA, B. Com, BAJMC, BA, and BA LLB. The minimum educational qualification required is having passed senior secondary school with at least 50% marks in aggregate. In addition to it, the candidates must have studied English as one of the four main subjects.
- Candidates seeking admission to BBA, BAJMC, B. Com, and BA are shortlisted based on their performance in the merit along with Written Test and Personal Interview round conducted by the university.
- The merit list is prepared according to the marks obtained by candidates in the last qualifying examination.
- Admission to BA LLB (Hons.) is done based on marks obtained by candidates in CLAT/AILET/XLET/BGU Admission Test.
- Candidates belonging to reserved categories are given 5% marks relaxation.
Admission to MBA, M. Com, MA, and MAJMC
Birla University Courses include MBA, M. Com, MA (Economics), and MAJMC programs at the postgraduate level. These programs are offered under several specializations and the minimum eligibility criteria required to get admission is to possess a graduate degree in the relevant field securing at least 50% marks in aggregate.
- Admission to M. Com, MA, and MAJMC is done based on candidates' performance in the Written Test along with Personal Interview round conducted by the university.
- Candidates seeking admission to MBA program must qualify national level entrance examination CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/GMAT.
- The university also conducts its own entrance examination for admission to MBA. Eligible candidates are intimated for further selection procedure.
- This selection procedure consists of a write up followed by a group discussion and personal interview round conducted at various centers of the university.
- Candidates belonging to reserved categories are given 5% marks relaxation.
Admission to the Ph. D. Program
Birla Global University offers a Ph. D. program in the field of Management and there are almost 6 specializations to it. The minimum educational qualification one must have in order to take admission is to possess a master's degree in the relevant field securing at least 55% marks in aggregate.
- For admission to Ph. D., the candidates must qualify the entrance test conducted by the university or they must hold a valid score in UGC NET/CSIR/NET/SLET/GATE examination.
- Those who qualify the entrance examination are invited for the personal interview round conducted at the university.
Minimum Educational Qualification
Candidates seeking admission to any of the programs offered by the university must fulfill the basic eligibility criteria defined by the university. The educational qualification for each program varies from one another.
For Undergraduate Programs
- Candidates seeking admission to BBA, BAJMC, and B. Com (Hons.) are required to have passed senior secondary school with English as one of the main four subjects securing at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized board.
- For admission to BA, the candidates must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board.
- Admission to BA LLB requires a pass in senior secondary school securing at least 45% marks in aggregate.
For Postgraduate Programs
- Candidates seeking admission to M. Com, MA, and MAJMC must possess a bachelor's degree securing at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.
- For those seeking admission to the MBA programs must possess a bachelor's degree in any field with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
- MBA program is offered under four specializations namely Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, and Operations.
For Ph. D. Program
For admission to the Ph. D. program, the candidates must possess a master's degree in the relevant field securing at least 55% marks in aggregate.
Application Procedure of Birla Global University
The application procedure of Birla Global University can be processed in both online and offline mode.
- The candidates must visit the official website of the university and register themselves.
- Navigate through the page and click on the Admissions tab and then on ‘Apply Online' option.
- The candidates must fill in the application form correctly, as any incorrect detail may lead to cancelation of the candidature.
- They must process the payment of INR 1150 as application fee via online payment mode such as Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card.
For offline mode of application, the candidates must download the application form from the official website of the university, or it can also be obtained from the admission office of Birla Global University.

A college in a different world Life at BGU for me was like a sweet dream, The infrastructure of the college will remind you of a long lost roman empire especially the activity plaza. Hostels are damn awesome with all the facilities you wish for. Mess food can be messy sometimes then that’s a problem everywhere. College will provide you good exposure , its up to you to take advantage of it. Campus is eco friendly and is lush green.

Eco friendly and toxic free campus with eye fetching infrastructure 4/5
Guess, trust me you wnt find a college with these many facilities. Coming to it’s hospitality and infrastructure which is really good which drags the attention of youngsters. BGU is a Air-conditioned campus with itz best quilative food,due concerned about the hygiene. It provides play grounds like football, basketball , batmation court and gym etc.
