Before his promotion, Lakshmanan served as a Research Analyst for nearly three years. His work focused on developing strategies for consistent investment returns. He previously worked as a Junior Financial Analyst. In that role, he conducted financial modeling. He also performed feasibility analysis for mining projects in Oman and South Africa.
