Counseling Registration and Choice Filling
Registration, fee payment, and option filling are open until July 5, 2026. Students must complete these steps online. The modification and choice locking window also closes on July 5, 2026. This is the primary registration period.
Round 1 Seat Allotment and Reporting
The first round of seat allotment results will be published on July 7, 2026. Candidates who receive a seat must pay their acceptance fee. This payment window is from July 7 to July 11, 2026. Following payment, students should report to their allocated institutes. Verification of documents and admission procedures will take place then. This applies to students not seeking upgrades or who received their top preference.

Registration Fees and Policies
A non-refundable counseling fee of ₹500 is required. Payment must be made online via net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI. Candidates securing a seat in Round 1 must pay a refundable seat acceptance deposit of ₹5,000. This deposit is also paid online. It secures the allocation letter before physical verification.
A single registration policy is in effect. Candidates not registering during this initial period cannot participate in subsequent allocation rounds. All registrations are managed through the official WBJEEB website.
