WBBSE Madhyamik 2027 Datesheet Released: Exam Schedule

The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) has released the official timetable for the Madhyamik examinations in 2027. The exams will commence on February 15, 2027 , and conclude on February 25, 2027 . Students will take the examinations using pen and paper over ten days.

Madhyamik 2027 Examination Schedule

The examination schedule starts with the First Language paper on February 15. The Second Language exam follows on February 16. Major subjects are scheduled from February 18 to February 24. History is set for February 18, followed by Geography on February 19. Mathematics examinations are scheduled for February 22. Physical Science and Life Science papers will be held on February 23 and February 24, respectively. The exams will conclude with Optional Elective Subjects on February 25.

Students will have a gap day with no examination on February 17. The weekends of February 20 and February 21 are also exam-free.

Exam Timings

The standard examination timing for most papers is from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM . Candidates will receive an additional 15 minutes, from 10:45 AM to 11:00 AM, to read the question paper before writing begins.

Some vocational subjects may have different end times. These subjects will conclude between 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM. Students should check the specific timings for their vocational papers.
