WBBSE Madhyamik 2027 Datesheet Released

The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) has released the official datesheet for the 2027 Madhyamik examinations. These crucial board exams will commence on February 15, 2027 , and conclude on February 25, 2027 . The examinations will be conducted over ten days using the traditional pen-and-paper format.

Exam Schedule Announced

The examination period begins with the First Language paper on February 15. The Second Language exam follows on February 16. After a gap day on February 17, major subjects will be tested. History is scheduled for February 18, with Geography on February 19. Following weekend breaks on February 20 and 21, Mathematics exams will take place on February 22. Physical Science is set for February 23, and Life Science on February 24. The Madhyamik exams will conclude on February 25 with optional elective subjects.

Exam Timings

All WBBSE Madhyamik exams will generally start at 11:00 AM . Students will be given 15 minutes, from 10:45 AM to 11:00 AM, to read the question paper before writing begins. The standard examination duration is until 2:00 PM for most subjects. However, some vocational subjects may have different end times, ranging from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM.
