The Veterinary Council of India (VCI) has started the final round of counselling for admission to veterinary courses. This round, called the Stray Vacancy Counselling 2025 , began today, October 31, 2025 . It is for students who want to join Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc. and A.H) programs through the 15% All India Quota for the academic year 2025-26.
This is the last chance for students to get a seat in veterinary colleges for the current academic year. The counselling started after the completion of Round 1 and Round 2 of VCI counselling.
Who Can Participate?
If you already registered for Round 1 or Round 2 of VCI counselling, you do not need to register again for this Stray Vacancy round. Only those who have not yet participated or secured a seat can consider this round.
If you get a seat in this round, you must join the college . If you do not report to the college after getting a seat, you may be disqualified. You will also lose the fee you paid for participation.

Counselling Fees
To take part in the VCI NEET UG Stray Vacancy Counselling 2025, you must pay a participation fee. There is no new registration fee for this round.
