UPJEE Polytechnic 2026: 3rd Phase Counselling Dates Released

The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) has announced additional counseling dates for UPJEE Polytechnic 2026. This applies to qualified candidates who have not yet been admitted. The counseling covers Rounds 6 and 7. It is open to students from Uttar Pradesh and other states. Applications are accepted for Groups A, B, C, D, F, G, H, I, K1-K8, and L.

Round 6 Counselling Schedule

Qualified candidates can fill choices from August 21 to August 23, 2026 . Seat allotment results will be released on August 24, 2026 . Candidates must freeze their selection and pay the security and counseling fee online between August 25 and August 28, 2026 .

Document verification at District Help Centers is scheduled from August 25 to August 29, 2026 , until 6:00 PM. Seat withdrawals are permitted until August 30, 2026 . The last date to report to the assigned institute is August 31, 2026 .

Round 7 Counselling Schedule

Choice filling for Round 7 runs from August 31 to September 02, 2026 . Seat allotment results for this round will be announced on September 03, 2026 . Candidates will then deposit the security and counseling fee online from September 04 to September 07, 2026 .

Document verification for Round 7 takes place between September 05 and September 08, 2026 , up to 6:00 PM. The deadline for admitted seat withdrawal is September 09, 2026 . Reporting to the principal or institute is required by September 10, 2026 .

Key Guidelines and Fees

For both Rounds 6 and 7, the 'Float' option is not available. Seats will be automatically locked after selection. A total fee of ₹3,250 must be paid online for security and counseling. This fee is non-refundable if the candidate fails to complete the process on time.

Candidates must visit a District Help Center in Uttar Pradesh for document verification if they are satisfied with their seat. Failure to pay fees or complete verification by the deadline will result in seat forfeiture and loss of fees. A partial refund of ₹3,000 is available for those who withdraw their seat within the official window. Colleges charging excess fees can be reported to the JEECUP office in Lucknow.
