School officials responsible for delays will be identified and held accountable. The government considers these delays unacceptable.
Strengthening School Systems
Chief Secretary SP Goyal has instructed divisional commissioners and magistrates. They will monitor social media for school-related complaints. Officials must also focus on infrastructure, communication, and cleanliness.
Preventive measures against waterlogging and sanitation issues during the monsoon are now mandatory. District magistrates and divisional officers will address social media complaints. They must provide fact-based solutions to resolve issues promptly. These new guidelines signal the government’s commitment to efficient school operations and timely complaint resolution.
