Board Refutes Allegations
UPPRPB officially denies any malpractice in the evaluation process. The board has issued a warning to candidates against misinformation. This action addresses a video posted on Facebook claiming exam results were manipulated for financial gain.
Legal Action Initiated
The FIR was registered at the HussainGanj Police Station in Lucknow. Charges filed include Sections 221, 292, and 353(1)(b) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). Section 66D of the Information Technology (IT) Act was also invoked. Legal proceedings are currently underway.
Board Advises Caution
UPPRPB advises all candidates to exercise caution regarding misleading messages. The board stated that strict action will be taken against the dissemination of false information. Candidates have requested the release of official scorecards for transparency regarding the 4543 vacancies .
