Uttar Pradesh NEET UG 2026 counselling registration began on August 7, 2026. The Directorate General of Medical Education, Uttar Pradesh, is managing the process. Admissions are for MBBS and BDS courses in state medical colleges. This counselling covers 85% of state quota medical seats.

Registration Process
To register, go to upneet.gov.in. Click the 'Registration' tab and select 'Registration UG'. Alternatively, use the direct URL: https://upneet.gov.in/RegistrationUG/candidateLoginUG.aspx.
Applicants will need to enter their preferred course, NEET roll number, and application number. A captcha code is also required for login. The registration form must be completed with uploaded documents.
A non-refundable registration fee is mandatory. After submitting the form and fee, candidates should print a copy for their records.
Fees and Deposits
The UP NEET UG 2026 counselling involves several fees. The non-refundable registration fee is INR 2,000 .
Security deposits vary by course type. For government medical and dental seats, the deposit is INR 30,000 . Private medical course seats require a INR 2,00,000 security deposit.
Private dental course seats have a security deposit of INR 1,00,000 . These amounts are subject to change by the counselling authority.
