To be eligible for the stipend, candidates must have completed their MBBS or BDS final year examinations. They must also be undergoing their compulsory rotational internship in government medical colleges, institutions, or universities in Uttar Pradesh. Graduates need to register online with the Uttar Pradesh Medical Council for a provisional registration certificate.
