The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) released the schedule for Class 10 and 12 compartment and improvement exams. Exams start on July 28, 2026 . The UPMSP announced the dates on its official X account.
Exam Schedule
These exams are for students who did not pass their final board exams in one or two subjects. The High School Improvement/Compartment exams are scheduled for the morning shift. The Intermediate Compartment exams will take place in the evening shift.

Exam Center Procedures
The District Inspector of Schools will manage examination centers. Outsiders are prohibited from entering centers. Center administrators must prevent candidate crowding at entrances. This rule applies after exams conclude as well.
Candidates cannot bring mobile phones, smartwatches, or electronic devices into exam halls. CCTV cameras with voice recorders and routers will be functional in all rooms. Strong rooms will secure question papers in double-locked cupboards. These rooms will have 24/7 CCTV surveillance. Question paper distribution will occur under CCTV. This will be in the presence of the center administrator, external administrator, and a static magistrate.
Candidate Instructions
School principals must download admit cards. They will countersign these cards. Principals will then provide them to registered candidates. Candidates should arrive at the examination center 45 minutes before the exam begins. This allows for organized seating arrangements.
