This is the last chance for admissions under the state quota seats.

What is UP AYUSH UG Counselling?
AYUSH stands for Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homoeopathy. These are different traditional healthcare systems. The Uttar Pradesh AYUSH UG counselling is a process to admit students to BAMS, BUMS, and BHMS degree courses offered by colleges in the state. This particular round is a 'stray vacancy round', which means it aims to fill any seats that are still empty after previous rounds of counselling.
Who Can Apply?
Only students who have qualified in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG) are eligible to apply for these courses. Students must ensure they meet all other eligibility conditions set by the Department of AYUSH, Uttar Pradesh.
How to Register for UP AYUSH UG Counselling 2025
The registration process is fully online. Follow these steps to apply:
- Go to the official website: upayushcounseling.upsdc.gov.in .
- Look for the link that says ' UP AYUSH UG counselling 2025 ' and click on it.
- Then, click on the ' Registration ' link.
- You will need to enter some details: your chosen programme, NEET UG roll number, NEET application number, Aadhaar UID number , and a security code (captcha).
- After entering all details, click on ' Login ' to complete your first step of registration.
- Next, you will need to fill in your personal details, academic information, and upload the required documents.
- Finally, pay the application fee online to complete your registration.

What Happens After Registration?
After the registration period closes, the Department of AYUSH will release a state merit list on December 4, 2025 . Students whose names appear on this list will then be able to choose their preferred colleges and courses. This process is called 'choice filling and locking', and it will happen between December 4 and 6, 2025 . Based on these choices and the merit list, the final seat allotment results will be announced on December 6, 2025 .
