The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will now upload the OMR sheets of the UGCET 2026 exam online on the same day the exam is held. This new step aims to make the examination process more transparent and secure for all students. H. Prasanna, the Executive Director of KEA, announced this decision.
After the exams finish, the OMR sheets will be put on the official KEA website. Students and the public can check these sheets. This is to make sure there are no mistakes or any unfair changes made to the answers. The OMR sheets will be uploaded based on the exam center. For exams held in Bengaluru and Dharwad, the sheets will be available online on the same day. For other districts, the sheets will be uploaded as soon as they reach the KEA headquarters in Bengaluru.
The official website where you can find the OMR sheets is cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea . Anyone can visit this website to view the OMR sheets. The UGCET-2026 exam started on April 22, 2026, and will continue until April 24, 2026. Over 3.3 lakh students are expected to take the exam in 745 centers across the state.
KEA has also put in place high-tech security measures for the exam. These include facial recognition for students and live webcasting of the examination halls. These measures are to ensure the exam is conducted fairly and without any issues.
