How to Download the Answer Key
Candidates can follow these simple steps to download the provisional answer key for UGC NET December 2025:
- Go to the official website: ugcnet.nta.nic.in .
- Look for the link that says " UGC NET Answer Key 2025 " on the main page. Click on it.
- A login page will open on your screen.
- Enter your application number, your date of birth, and the security code shown on the page. Then click submit.
- The UGC NET December session answer key will appear.
- Download this answer key and save it for your records.
How to Challenge the Answer Key
If you find any answer that you think is wrong, you can challenge it. Follow these steps carefully:
- Visit the official website: ugcnet.nta.nic.in .
- Click on the answer key link and then click on the link to challenge the answer key.
- Log in using your application number, password (or date of birth), and the security pin.
- After logging in, find and click on the "Challenge Answer Key" link.
- For each question you want to challenge, select the correct answer option ID.
- Click on the button to save your choices.
- You must upload supporting documents to prove your claim. Make sure all documents are in one single PDF file.
- Finally, click on "Save Your Claims & Pay Fee". You will need to pay a fee of INR 200 for each question you challenge. This payment must be done online and is non-refundable.
The National Testing Agency will review all objections. If a challenge is found to be correct, the answer key will be updated, and the final results will be based on the revised key.
