The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has opened registration for the TS PGECET 2026 final phase counselling. This process is for admission to M.E., M.Tech., and M.Arch programs for the 2026-27 academic year. The deadline to register and upload certificates is August 27, 2026 .
Who Can Apply
Eligible candidates who did not participate in the first phase can register. Those who participated in Phase 1 but did not secure a seat are also eligible. Candidates who wish to change their college or course can apply. Students who were allotted a seat but did not pay the fee or report to their assigned college may also participate. Candidates who completed certificate verification in Phase 1 do not need to verify again. They can proceed directly to select their preferred courses and colleges.
Registration and Verification
Interested candidates must visit the official portal, pgecetadm.tgche.ac.in . They will need to fill in required details and pay the processing fee. Scanned copies of original certificates must be uploaded during registration. Preliminary verification of these documents will occur. Verification officers may contact candidates for clarification. It is important to keep registered mobile numbers active.
The registration fee is Rs 1,200 for all candidates. Candidates belonging to SC and ST categories will pay a reduced fee of Rs 600 .
Important Dates and Schedule
The final phase counselling involves several key dates. Registration and certificate uploads are from August 21 to August 27, 2026. The list of verified eligible candidates will be displayed on August 28. Candidates can then enter their web options from August 29 to August 31. Editing of web options is permitted on September 1, 2026. Provisional seat allotments will be announced on September 5. Reporting to the allotted colleges is scheduled from September 7 to September 10, 2026.

- Telangana community/caste certificate (if applicable)
- Latest income certificate (issued on or after January 1, 2026, if applicable)
- Valid 2026-27 EWS certificate (if applicable)
