Next Steps After Registration
Following the registration closure, the TGCHE will verify uploaded documents. A list of eligible candidates will be released on July 22, 2026 . This list enables candidates to participate in the web options phase.
Key Dates for Phase 1 Counselling
The web options, or choice filling, period runs from July 23 to July 26, 2026 . Applicants can edit their choices until July 27, 2026 . The provisional seat allotment list will be published on July 30, 2026 .
After provisional allotment, candidates must report to their assigned colleges for document verification. This process is scheduled from July 31 to August 3, 2026 . Failure to meet these deadlines will result in forfeiture of the allocated seat.
Alternative for Late Applicants
Students who miss the July 20 deadline will not be eligible for Phase 1 web options. They will need to wait for Phase 2 counselling to apply for available seats.
