This counselling is for students who want to join the two-year Bachelor of Education (BEd) course for the academic year 2025-2026 in colleges across Telangana. What is TS EdCET 2025 Counselling?
The TS EdCET counselling process helps qualified students get admission into BEd courses in different colleges across Telangana. The whole process involves applying online, paying a fee, getting documents checked, and finally getting a seat in a college. Your admission is confirmed after you pay the college fee and complete document verification.
Please remember, the university will not send individual letters to students. Just attending the counselling process does not mean you will get a seat. Seats are given based on your rank and choices.
If you have already completed your document verification in the first round (Phase I), you do not need to do it again. You can directly proceed with choosing your preferred colleges in this second round (Phase II) as per the schedule mentioned above.
How to Apply for TS EdCET 2025 Counselling (Phase II)
Follow these simple steps to apply for the counselling:
- Step 1: Register Online: Visit the official website and register for counselling. You will need your TS EdCET 2025 hall ticket number and rank .
- Step 2: Pay the Fee: Pay the required counselling fee online.
- Step 3: Upload Documents: Upload all necessary certificates as asked on the portal.
- Step 4: Document Verification: After online registration, a list of eligible candidates will be shown. If there are any issues with your documents, you will be told via email.
- Step 5: Choose Colleges (Web Options): Between September 5 and 6, 2025 , you can select your preferred colleges and courses online. You can choose as many colleges as you like based on your rank and interest.
- Step 6: Edit Choices: You will have a chance to change or re-order your college choices on September 7, 2025 . Make sure your final choices are correct.
- Step 7: Seat Allotment: The list of students who have been temporarily allotted seats will be released on September 11, 2025 .
- Step 8: Report to College: If you get a seat, you must report to the allotted college between September 12 and 16, 2025 . Bring all your original documents and the receipt of your tuition fee payment. Your admission will be final only after this step.
Documents Required for TS EdCET 2025 Counselling
When you report to the college for admission, you must carry the following important documents in original:
- TS EdCET 2025 Rank Card
- TS EdCET 2025 Hall Ticket
- Degree Marks Sheets (for all years/semesters)
- Provisional or Original Degree Certificate
- Class 10 (SSC) Certificate
- Class 12 (Intermediate) Certificate
- Aadhaar Card
- Caste Certificate (if you belong to SC, ST, BC categories)
- Income Certificate (issued after January 1, 2025, if applicable)
- TC (Transfer Certificate) from your last attended college
- Proof of Address (Residence Certificate)
- Minority Certificate (if applicable)
- Special Category Certificates (like NCC, Sports, PH - Physically Handicapped, children of Army personnel, if applicable)
