The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has launched the admission process for undergraduate degree programs for the 2026-27 academic year. The Degree Online Services, Telangana (DOST) notification was released on April 13, 2026. Registration for Phase 1 began on April 15, 2026, and will continue until May 7, 2026. This system manages admissions to B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., BBA, BCA, BBM, and BSW courses in over 970 state universities and colleges.
DOST 2026: Key Dates and Registration Details
Students must register online for Phase 1 by May 7, 2026 . A registration fee of Rs. 200 is required. Following registration, candidates will select their preferred colleges and courses during the Web Options period. This window is open from April 30 to May 8, 2026 . The first list of seat allotments will be announced on May 14, 2026 .
After seat allotment, students must confirm their admission through online self-reporting. This process runs from May 15 to May 23, 2026 .
Aadhaar-Linked Mobile Number Required
Applicants need an Aadhaar-linked mobile number for the DOST registration process. This number is used for authentication. If a student's mobile number is not linked to their Aadhaar, they must visit a helpline center (HCL) or MeeSeva center. Biometric verification is required there to generate a DOST ID before proceeding with registration.

The DOST 2026 process covers admissions for various undergraduate degrees.
