Round 2 Eligibility and Process
Students holding ranks between 37977 and 131093 are eligible for Round 2. These candidates can access the official TNEA website to submit their preferred course and college choices.
The deadline for submitting choices for Round 2 seat allotment is August 5, 2026 . Tentative allotment results for this round are scheduled for release on August 7, 2026 . Candidates can confirm their tentative allotment from August 7 to August 8, 2026.
Key Dates for Round 2
The provisional allotment for candidates who accepted and will join, and the tentative allotment for candidates who accepted and will upwardly move, will be released on August 9, 2026 .
Reporting for candidates who accepted and will join at their respective colleges, and for those accepting and upwardly moving at the TNEA Facilitation Centre (TFC), is scheduled from August 9 to August 13, 2026 . The provisional allotment order for upward opted candidates will be released on August 17, 2026 .
