The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), Tamil Nadu, will soon release the results for the HSE +2 Supplementary Examinations 2026. Students who took the supplementary exams can check their scores on the official DGE website. The supplementary exams were held from June 29 to July 7, 2026. Last year, the HSE (+2) supplementary results were announced on July 25, 2025. Results are expected by next week.
Main Exam Statistics
The supplementary exams are for students who did not pass the main exam in March 2026 or wished to improve their marks. The main HSE exam took place between March 2 and March 26, 2026. The results for the main exam were released on May 8, 2026. A total of 7,91,654 students appeared for the main exam. Of these, 7,53,694 students passed, achieving an overall pass rate of 95.20%.

Checking Your Results
Students need their login credentials to access and download their provisional marksheets. The DGE website will provide the link to check the results. Ensure you have your roll number and date of birth ready. The official websites to check results are dge.tn.gov.in and tnresults.nic.in .
Previous Release for Private Candidates
The results for private candidates who took the supplementary examinations were released on July 22, 2026 . These candidates could check their results on the official DGE website by logging in with their roll number and date of birth. The provisional marksheets were also available for download.
