The guidelines for the spot admissions for the BPED and DPED have been released by the Telangana PECET board. The spot admissions for TG PECET will be allotted by 22nd September 2025.
Students will be able to view the official guidelines for the TG PECET counselling process on the official website atpecetadm.tgche.ac.in/. Students can expect the official notification to be released by participating colleges on 16th September 2025.
TG PECET Eligibility
Provided below is an overview of the eligibility criteria students must meet to take part in the counselling process for the TG PECET exam. The eligibility is as follows:
- Students should have passed any degree or equivalent for the BPEd or DPEd course at the time of admission.
- Students should be required to produce a marks memo and pass a certificate at the time of admission.
- Students must also have secured a minimum of the pass marks in the qualifying examination.
- Unlike other exams, the TG PECET exam does have a minimum age limit. Students should be a minimum of 19 years of age for BPEd and 16 years for DPEd. There shall be no maximum age limit.
- Students will not be allowed for spot admission without original certificates.
- Further, the students admitted during institutional spot admissions are informed that their spot admissions are subject to ratification by the Convenor of the exam. In case the spot admission given to a particular student is not ratified by the Convenor, they would be required to withdraw from the college immediately
TG PECET Documents Needed for Counselling
There are several documents that students will need to participate in the TG PECET counselling process. These documents will be needed to participate. Without these, students will not be able to participate in the counselling process for the TG PEECT counselling process.
The documents are as follows:
- TG PECET 2025 Rank Card
- SSC Marks Memo Original
- Intermediate or Marks Memo Original Equivalent
- Original Study Certificate
- Transfer Certificate
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Residence Certificate (if applicable)
- Original Degree or Provisional Certificate
- Consolidated Memorandum of Marks (CMM) of the qualifying exam for BPEd Candidates
