The supplementary counselling schedule for TANCET MBA and MCA admissions in 2026 is now available. This counselling targets candidates who did not secure a seat during regular online counselling, were absent, or did not register previously.
Successful candidates must report to their allocated colleges with all necessary documents according to the released schedule. Admissions will be finalized based on these reports.
TANCET MCA Admissions
August 10, 2026 is the reporting date for MCA admissions. Candidates must arrive by 9 AM .
TANCET MBA Admissions
MBA candidates are scheduled for specific dates based on their TANCET scores. Those scoring 100.00 to 50.000 must report on August 11, 2026 , starting at 9 AM .
Candidates with TANCET MBA marks below 50.000 should report on August 12, 2026 , also at 9 AM .
All supplementary counselling sessions will take place at the Government College of Technology (Auditorium) .
TANCET Supplementary Counselling Fees
An application fee is required for all candidates attending the supplementary counselling. Existing fees paid during online counselling do not require re-payment, but proof of payment and a copy of the application form are mandatory.

- SSLC Mark Sheet
- Plus Two Mark Sheet / Diploma Certificate
- All Semester Mark Sheets / Consolidated Marksheet of qualifying Degree Examinations
- Provisional / Degree Certificate / Course Completion Certificate
- Valid Community Certificate (BC, BCM, MBC & DNC, SC, SCA, ST)
- TANCET 2026 (MCA / MBA) Hall Ticket
- TANCET 2026 (MCA / MBA) Mark sheet
- Nativity Certificate (electronic form / digitally signed e-certificate) - If applicable
- Sri Lankan Tamil Refugee certificate - If applicable
- One Set of Xerox copies of all listed certificates
