Online applications for the SSC CGL will close tomorrow. The application process was given less than a month by the Staff Selection Commission. On July 4, 2025, the Commission will deactivate the online application link for SSC CGL 2025. The candidates hoped the Commission would extend the deadline for SSC CGL 2025 applications.
According to the official announcement, the deadline for submitting the SSC CGL application fee is July 5, 2025. The SSC CGL application rectification facility will be open from July 9 to July 11, 2025, according to the Commission.The candidates should note that the SSC CGL 2025 application process started with the release of the SSC CGL 2025 notification. The SSC One-Time Registration(OTR) number is mandatory to fill out the Combined Graduate Level online applications.
SSC CGL Application 2025 : Steps to Fill
Candidates should be aware that in order to complete the SSC CGL 2025 application form, they must have their SSC One Time Registration (OTR) number. The steps for filling out SSC CGL applications are shown below for candidates:
Step 1: Use the password and registration number that were created at the time of registration to access the registered account.
Step 2: Complete the SSC CGL application form by providing all requested information.
Step 3: If applicable, upload scanned copies of your signatures, pictures, and other necessary documents.
Step 4: Carefully go over the SSC online form before selecting the "Final Submit" option.
Step 5: Either online or offline, pay the INR 100 application fees.
The candidates need to register on the official website to get the SSC OTR number. For SSC OTR, the candidates are required to enter their personal and educational details under the new registration . After completing the registration form, the Staff Selection Commission provides a SSC OTR number and password for the login purposes.
